The Finance Division provides improved financial management of the resources of the State through:

• implementation of improved financial and budgetary accounting information systems

• preparation of a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR)

• requiring an annual independent audit of the State's financial records to more effectively utilize the financial resources of the State.
